BOSTON – In the final batch of College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team® student-athletes of the spring, six women’s lacrosse players have earned a spot on the CSC Academic Team® as At-Large selections, as announced by the CSC on June 25.

WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced Monday that 1,555 student-athletes from the GNAC, 103 of whom are from Emmanuel, have been named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team, following the 2023-24 academic year.

BOSTON - On Monday, May 13, 2024, the Emmanuel College Department of Athletics held its annual Senior Awards Banquet, honoring members of the Class of 2024 for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. This year, a total of 20 awards were presented as 17 student-athletes and three Emmanuel staff members were recognized by the department.

WINTHROP, Mass. – Saints junior Delaney Brown (Agawam, Mass.) and sophomore Madeline Wright (Mattapoisett, Mass.) took home a pair of major awards from the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), after being named the Defensive Player of the Year and Midfielder of the Year, respectively, as announced by the GNAC Office on Tuesday and voted on by the 16 head coaches of the conference.

BOSTON – Johnson & Wales women’s lacrosse held an incredibly potent Emmanuel Saints offense to just four goals on Sunday afternoon in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship Game, as the Wildcats defended their GNAC Championship with a 14-4 win over Emmanuel on Clemente Field.

WINTHROP, Mass. – Saints junior Isabella Thomas (Miami, Fla.) continued her strong play in goal this past week and has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalie of the Week, as announced by the GNAC Office on Monday. The nomination as the Goalie of the Week is Thomas’s third of the 2024 campaign.

BOSTON – The top-seeded Saints women’s lacrosse team scored the first 12 goals of the game on Saturday afternoon, cruising to a 19-4 victory over the No. 5 seed, Lasell Lasers, in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Quarterfinal Round at Clemente Field.

BOSTON – In a battle between the two top teams in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), the Emmanuel College women’s lacrosse team (10-4, 8-0 GNAC) outlasted Johnson & Wales (8-4, 6-1 GNAC) to remain unbeaten in conference play with a 14-13 victory. It was Madeline Wright (Mattapoisett, Mass.) who found the back of the net as time expired to secure the massive win on Saturday afternoon at Clemente Field.

BOSTON – For the first time in over eight years, Emmanuel Saints women’s lacrosse held their opponents off the scoreboard, following a 21-0 victory over Albertus Magnus in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play on Tuesday night at Clemente Field.
