WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced Monday that 1,555 student-athletes from the GNAC, 103 of whom are from Emmanuel, have been named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team, following the 2023-24 academic year.

BOSTON - On Monday, May 13, 2024, the Emmanuel College Department of Athletics held its annual Senior Awards Banquet, honoring members of the Class of 2024 for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. This year, a total of 20 awards were presented as 17 student-athletes and three Emmanuel staff members were recognized by the department.

BOSTON – Saints seniors Kiera Eubanks (Portland, Maine) and Shakirah Ketant (Easton, Mass.), along with sophomore Megan Reilly (Southbury, Conn.) have all been named to the College Sports Communicators (formally CoSIDA) Division III Women’s Basketball Academic All-District Team, as announced by the CSC on March 26.

WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference announced their All-Conference selections on Tuesday, Feb. 27, with Saints senior Olivia Matela (Swampscott, Mass.) being named to the GNAC Second Team and first-year Meagan Schuermann (Cooperstown, N.Y.) being placed on the All-Rookie Team.

STANDISH, Maine – In a tie game with 40.8 seconds remaining, the Saint Joseph’s College Monks scored the final six points on Thursday night and will return to the conference championship to defend their title, following a 70-64 victory over the Emmanuel Saints in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Semifinals at Mike McDevitt Court.

BOSTON – The No. 4 seed Emmanuel women’s basketball is back in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Semifinals for a ninth consecutive season, preparing to square off with a familiar foe in the No. 1 seed Saint Joseph’s College Monks on Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. on McDevitt Court.

BOSTON - Emmanuel College Women’s Basketball (15-11, 11-3 GNAC) advanced to the semifinals of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament with an 87-62 victory over the Lasell Lasers (15-9, 10-4 GNAC) Tuesday night on Andy Yosinoff Court.

BOSTON – Emmanuel women’s basketball finished the regular season 14-11 (11-3 GNAC) to clinch the No. 4 seed in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Playoffs. Last season’s GNAC runner-up starts their trip back to the Championship game on Tuesday, Feb. 20, welcoming the No. 5 seed Lasell Lasers (16-8, 10-4 GNAC) to Yosinoff Court at 6:00 p.m.

PAXTON, Mass. – In their final regular season matchup of the season, Emmanuel Women’s Basketball (14-11, 11-3 GNAC) defeated the Anna Maria AMCATS (9-16, 3-11 GNAC), 82-56, in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play on Saturday afternoon in Paxton, Mass. With the win, the Saints secured a GNAC Quarterfinal home game scheduled for Tuesday (2/20), with time and opponent to be decided.

BOSTON – A season-best three-point shooting night led Emmanuel Women’s Basketball (12-11, 9-3 GNAC) past New England College (13-11, 8-5 GNAC), 71-52, in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play Wednesday night on Andy Yosinoff Court. The Saints shot a season-high 52.9% from beyond the arc to earn the crucial victory and keep themselves in position to host a first round GNAC Tournament game.

BOSTON – A hot start and strong finish led Emmanuel Women’s Basketball (11-11, 8-3 GNAC) to a 75-52 victory over Colby-Sawyer (7-16, 4-8 GNAC) in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play Saturday afternoon on Andy Yosinoff Court. The Saints began the matchup with 11-0 run and trailed for just 20 seconds over the 40 minutes of basketball.

STANDISH, Maine – Senior Angelica Hurley (Groveland, Mass.) and sophomore Grace Ramsdell (Wells, Maine) both posted double-doubles to help Saint Joseph's College (15-7, 11-0 GNAC) defeat Emmanuel College (10-11, 7-3 GNAC), 64-48, in a rematch of the 2023 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's basketball championship at the Harold Alfond Center on Wednesday night.

CHICOPEE, Mass. - A second quarter stretch that saw Emmanuel outscore Elms 21-10, including seven Saints contributing to the scoresheet, helped the visiting Emmanuel Saints to a 78-67 victory over the Elms Blazers on Saturday afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play.

BOSTON – In a matchup featuring two of the top teams in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), Saints Women’s Basketball (9-10, 6-2 GNAC) fell 59-55 to the Albertus Magnus Falcons (17-4, 9-1 GNAC) on Andy Yosinoff Court Tuesday night. Despite a 12-0 Saints run in the 4th quarter to tie the game at 50, the Falcons re-took the lead and hung on to secure the narrow midseason GNAC victory.

BOSTON – A dominant first quarter propelled Saints Women’s Basketball (9-9, 6-1 GNAC) past the Regis College Pride (6-12, 4-3 GNAC) 75-62 Wednesday night on Andy Yosinoff Court. The Saints never trailed over the 40 minutes on the way to capturing their sixth Great Northeast Athletic Conference victory of the 2023-24 campaign.
