Emmanuel Places 103 Student-Athletes on Great Northeast Athletic Conference Academic Team

WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced Monday that 1,555 student-athletes from the GNAC, 103 of whom are from Emmanuel, have been named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team, following the 2023-24 academic year.

Class of 2024 Emmanuel College Athletics Senior Awards Announced

BOSTON - On Monday, May 13, 2024, the Emmanuel College Department of Athletics held its annual Senior Awards Banquet, honoring members of the Class of 2024 for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. This year, a total of 20 awards were presented as 17 student-athletes and three Emmanuel staff members were recognized by the department.

Trio of Saints Land Spot on CSC Women's Basketball Academic All-District Team

BOSTON – Saints seniors Kiera Eubanks (Portland, Maine) and Shakirah Ketant (Easton, Mass.), along with sophomore Megan Reilly (Southbury, Conn.) have all been named to the College Sports Communicators (formally CoSIDA) Division III Women’s Basketball Academic All-District Team, as announced by the CSC on March 26.

Saints Run Ends in GNAC Semifinals With 70-64 Loss at Saint Joseph's (ME)

Women's Basketball Slips in Third Quarter, Falls at USJ, 79-68

EST HARTFORD, Conn. – Head coach Wendy Davis secured her 300th career victory as the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) women's basketball team picked up a statement victory at home versus Emmanuel College, 79-68, during Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play Tuesday night inside James A. Calhoun Gymnasium in West Hartford, Conn. The victory snapped a 31-game losing streak against the Saints for the Blue Jays, marking the first win for USJ since the 1997-98 season. With the result, the Blue Jays move to 14-3 overall on the year and 5-1 in GNAC play, while the Saints move to 7-8 overall and 4-1 in the conference.

BOSTON – Emmanuel College Women’s Basketball (1-2) defeated St. Joseph’s (L.I.) (1-1) on Saturday afternoon on Andy Yosinoff Court. The win was a part of the Emmanuel College Tip-Off Classic and secured a spot for the Saints in tomorrow’s championship game. Prior to the game, Head Coach Andy Yosinoff was honored by Emmanuel College Acting President Beth Ross for his 900th career victory last February. The Saints finished the year with a 3.579 cumulative grade point average during their 22-win campaign.
