Women’s Basketball Falls to Brooklyn, 70-57, in NCAA First Round Game
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - The Emmanuel Saints women’s basketball program fell to the Brooklyn Bulldogs, 70-57, on Friday evening in the First Round of the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Tournament, hosted by Smith College. Bulldogs grad forward Chanel Jemmott (Brooklyn, N.Y.) finished with game-highs of 30 points and 22 rebounds to send her hometown Brooklyn College into the Second Round.

NCAA Tournament Preview: Emmanuel Draws Brooklyn College in First Round
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel Saints women’s basketball program heads to the NCAA Tournament for a third time in four years and they have drawn Brooklyn College for a First-Round game against the Bulldogs on Friday, March 4 at 5:00 p.m. The host institution for this first weekend is Smith College, meaning Ainsworth Gym plays host to the action.

BOSTON – Saints senior forward Loredana D’Agostino (Broad Brook, Conn.) and Head Coach Andy Yosinoff, have been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year and GANC Coach of the Year, respectively, as voted on by the coaches of the GNAC and announced by the conference office on Monday.

BOSTON - No.1 Emmanuel College will host No. 3 Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in the 2022 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Championship Game on Sunday, February 27 at 3:00 p.m. on Andy Yosinoff Court. The Saints bring a 24-1 overall record to the contest, advancing to the Championship Game thanks to an 84-60 win over No. 4 Regis on Saturday. The Monks enter at 22-4 overall after defeating No. 2 Albertus Magnus,78-62 on Saturday, punching their ticket to the Title Game.

BOSTON - A strong second and third quarter helped No. 1 Emmanuel College post a 69-47 win over No. 8 Norwich University in the 2022 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Quarterfinals Wednesday evening in Boston, Mass. The Saints outscored the Cadets by a 40-17 margin over the middle two periods to seal their 19th consecutive win and advance to the GNAC Semifinals.

BOSTON, Mass. – Top-seeded Emmanuel College is set to host No. 8 Norwich University in the 2022 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Quarterfinals on Wednesday, February 23 at 7:00 PM on the Andy Yosinoff Court. The Saints bring a 22-1 overall record to the contest after posting a perfect 16-0 mark in GNAC play to earn the No. 1 seed in the tourney. The Cadets stand at 10-14 overall after defeating Lasell 58-48 in the GNAC Tournament First Round game yesterday and posted a 7-9 conference mark during the regular season.

Second Half 23-Point Run Lifts Saints Over Cadets, 68-35
BOSTON - A 23-0 Saints run that spanned 9:27 between the third and fourth quarters took the Saints from a six-point lead at the half, all the way to a 33-point victory, as Emmanuel stayed unbeaten in conference play following the 68-35 win over the Norwich Cadets on Wednesday night in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play.
