BOSTON, Mass. - The Emmanuel College women's volleyball team warmed up for it's conference matchup on Tuesday night with pink t-shirts and ribbons to support breast cancer awareness for the month of October. The Saints' opponent, Simmons College, also took up the spirit of the event by making their own pink warm-up shirts for the evening contest, held in the Jean Yawkey Center in Boston, Mass.
The two teams gathered together for a group picture before the event, with both teams showing unified support in the fight against breast cancer. The coaches from both squads embraced the spirit of their players by wearing pink shirts, ties and sweaters for the match.
