BEFORE EMMANUEL...Luongo was a three-sport athlete at Medford High School (Medford, Mass.)...named the captain of the Medford High School varsity volleyball team ... was a two-year starter for MHS ... led the squad to the program's first-ever Greater Boston League Cup Championship...also competed on the Medford Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams for two years.
