The Lions elevate to 5-5 on the season with the victory while the Saints slide to 0-2.
The home team rolled to a 25-7 decision in the opening set to claim a 1-0 advantage.
Eastern Nazarene widened the gap to 2-0 with a 25-17 win in the second frame.
The Lions locked up their fourth-straight victory with a 25-13 decision in the third set.
Sasha Hyacinthe and Kerry Shea paced Emmanuel with four kills each on the evening while Tatiana Correia collected six digs.
For ENC, Eliana Baran (Beaumont, Calif.) posted a match-high 11 kills to go with six digs. Emma Graves (Berkshire, N.Y.) finished with eight kills and three total blocks while Anna Burbach (Milford, N.H.) chipped in with six kills. Ruth Aguilar (Tegucigalpa, Honduras) notched 16 assists and eight digs on the night.
Looking ahead, Emmanuel heads to Framingham State on Thursday, September 16 for more non-conference play while Eastern Nazarene heads to Beantown to battle Suffolk September 18.
