Johnson & Wales won its 32nd conference game in a row, dating back to the 2015 season. JWU has won 58-consecutive sets against GNAC opponents, 82 in a row during regular season matches.
The Wildcats also won their 49th home game in a row.
Errors got JWU off to a slow start in set one. An Alexandra Mezzo kill evened the opening stanza, 17-17, but the Wildcats rattled off five-straight points to take the set.
JWU found its stride in the second set, hitting .533 while holding the Saints to .071. For the match, the Wildcats had a .442-.151 hitting advantage thanks to a 47-34 digs margin.
Tying for the team lead with nine kills each was Maria Coniglio and Gabbie Scudder. Coniglio had eight digs while Scudder hit at a .692 rate. Setter Brylee Frank had 40 assists and eight digs.
The Saints were led by Casey Sheehan with eight kills while Marissa Cataldo chipped in seven. Katharine Journeay tied for the match-high with 10 digs.

Both teams are back at home on Thursday night as the Wildcats host Wellesley at 7:00 PM while Emmanuel plays host to MIT at 7:00 PM in Boston.
