AS A SOPHOMORE … Garvey posted a standout second collegiate season, leading the Saints in scoring all year … Played in 19 of Emmanuel’s 20 games, starting in 15 of them … From Sept. 4 through Sept. 19, scored in six consecutive games to help the Saints go 5-1 over that stretch, netting the game-winner during all five wins … Scored multiple goals on three separate occasions, all coming in EC victories … Registered a goal and an assist on Oct. 12 vs. #18 Wheaton College … Was named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll twice (9/12/11 and 9/19/11) … Was selected a GNAC 3^rd Team All-Conference player … Was named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team … Finished the year ranked the fifth leading scorer in the GNAC with 12 goals … Also dished out one assist for a team-best 25 total points … Took 50 total shots including 34 shots on goal … Scored five game-winning goals in the 2011 season.

Made first collegiate start on September 5 against the University of Maine - Fort Kent and scored her first collegiate goal on September 7 vs. Wheaton College ... Registered first career multi-goal game on September 15 vs. Emerson College, netting two first half goals in a nine minute span ... Recorded another multi-point outing on September 29 vs. Fitchburg State, notching a goal while adding her first collegiate assist ... Scored an insurance goal in the Saints 3-1 upset victory over #1 seeded Suffolk University in the GNAC quarterfinals on October 31 ... BEFORE EMMANUEL: Four-year player and starter on the varsity soccer team at Warwick Veterans Memorial High School in Warwick, R.I. ... Named to the All-City team as a freshman ...
