HOW IT HAPPENED
- Emmanuel led 7-6 early on following an old-fashion three-point play by senior guard Kayla Weaver (West Haven, Conn.) before the Owls put together an 8-2 blitz over the next two minutes to pull ahead 14-9 after a triple by Hien Thach (Burlington, Vt.) late in the first quarter.

- Both teams struggled from the field in the half as the Owls shot 36.7% from the floor while Emmanuel was at 36.4%.
- A 5-0 spurt in the third quarter by Keene gave the Owls a 35-32 before an and-one layup and free throw by Ramirez-Tejeda to even the score at 35-all with 2:41 to play in the third.
- After a free throw by Lilly Shlimon (Pelham, N.H.) lifted KSC back on top 36-35, the Saints connected on back-to-back hoops to regain a three point cushion at 39-36.
