AS A SOPHOMORE ... Started in his middle hitter position with appearances in 29 of the Saints' 30 matches, including action in 97 total sets ... Ranked 4th on the squad in kills, finishing the year with a total of 134 kills ... Averaged 1.38 kills per set ... Led the EC hitters in hitting percentage swinging at a clip of .323 on the year ... Led the Saints and ranked 3rd among the GNAC leaders in blocks, averaging 1.04 per set ... Tallied 23 solo blocks and 78 assisted blocks to combine for 101 total blocks in 2014 ... Was named the GNAC Defensive Player of the Week on 3/31/14 ... Hit in double-figures three times on the year, with his career-high of 11 kills coming on February 26, 2014 in a 3-1 win over Albertus Magnus College ... Recorded his career-high of 11 blocks (2 solo, 9 assisted) on March 20, 2014 in a 3-2 win over Wentworth ... Earned GNAC Acacdemic All-Conference honors ... Helped the team to a second place finish in the conference and an appearance in the GNAC Finals.
