AS A FRESHMAN … Worked his way into the lineup after not seeing any action early in the season and put together a very successful rookie campaign, recording 16 total points to rank second on the team and tied for 13^th overall in the GNAC … Scored five goals to rank tied for second on the Saints while his six assists ranked first on the team and tied for fourth overall in the GNAC … Played in 15 total games, starting five contest … Made collegiate debut on Sept. 10 with a start vs. Johnson & Wales in which he recorded his first college point with an assist in Emmanuel’s 4-3 victory … Followed it up with another start and a goal in a 3-0 victory over Newbury College on Sept. 13 … Enjoyed the most productive game of his rookie season in 10-0 win over Wheelock College on Sept. 22 in which he posted five points on a goal and three assists, tying the single-game program assists record … Scored in game-winning goals back-to-back matches with markers vs. Suffolk University on Oct. 5 in a 3-2 win and on Oct. 8 vs. Regis in a 2-0 win … Named GNAC Rookie of the Week for his play during the week of Sept. 26 … Also named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll for his play during the week of Oct. 10.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Carroll was a four-year player in the Guilford High School program in Guilford, Conn. ...
