BEFORE EMMANUEL...Swartz was a two-sport athlete at The Holy Name High School(Worcester, Mass.)...competed in three-years of both football and lacrosse...sat out his senior year due to an injury...placed 3rd in the "Next X" snowboard competition at Jay Peak (Vermont).

Swartz also played on Emmanuel's Club Lacrosse Team as a freshman.
