BEFORE EMMANUEL...Selkirk was a varsity lacrosse player at South Hadley High School (South Hadley, Mass.)...played for two years...led his team to the Western Mass State Championship as a senior...following high school, Selkirk served in the United States Marines for four years...became a fire fighter and paramedic for five years prior to attending college and joining the Saints.
