CAREER BESTS

AS A JUNIOR...

• Appeared in four matches for the Saints in 2016
• Cordero made his season debut in the Elms Blazer Fall invitational where posted a personal best two day record 163
• During the GNAC Championship at the Gorham Country Club, Cordero tied his two day personal record low of 163. The junior posted a season low 78 on the second day. 

AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Appeared in six matches throughout the year
• Made season debut on Sept. 9 at Shennecossett Golf Course in Groton, Conn., shooting an 81
• Shot a team-low 77 to help the Saints finish first overall in the Emmanuel College Invitational at George Wright Golf Course on Oct. 7
• Finished second on the team in the GNAC Championship, carding consecutive 88's to help Emmanuel post a sixth place finish
• Named the squad's Most Improved Player for the second consecutive campaign while also earning the team Academic Award for highest GPA
• Selected to the 2015-16 GNAC Academic All-Conference team 

AS A FRESHMAN...

• Appeared in six matches during rookie season
• Made collegiate debut on Sept. 17 at Shennecossett Golf Course in Groton, Conn., shooting an 88
• Fired an 85 on his home course debut at Williams J. Devine Golf Course at Franklin Park on Sept. 29, helping the Saints finish second overall in the quad match
• Competed in both the ECAC Tournament and the GNAC Championship in consecutive weekends, carding a season-low 81 in his final round of the year at Ponkapoag Golf Course in Canton, Mass. at the GNAC Championship
• Named the squad's Most Improved Player at the annual Athletic Banquet
• Selected to the GNAC Men's Golf All-Sportsmanship team.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Cordero played four different varsity sports for Bolton High School in Bolton, Connecticut
• Played four years of both basketball and soccer, three years of golf and one year of baseball
• Led his basketball team to a state tournament berth in his senior year
• Led his soccer team to the Connecticut State finals.
