Bio

Coach Kramer joined the Emmanuel Athletic Staff in 2001, bringing an excellent blend of coaching and teaching experience to the cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field teams. Coach Kramer, along with and Head Coach Tony DaRocha, began both the Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field programs at Emmanuel. She was promoted to the title of Associate Head Coach during the fall of 2015.

Kramer has been working in the Boston Public School System for years. During four of those years, her teams won four indoor/outdoor dual county championships. Coach Kramer has been able to teach and coach her student-athletes into champions, as well as league and conference all-stars. Prior to joining the Saints' staff, Kramer's coaching skills helped get Jacksonville University's Monique Tubbs named NCAA Division I All-American.

When not coaching, Alice is in the classroom at Marshall Simonds Middle School teaching 6th, 7th and 8th graders with special educational needs. She works closely with the students on reading, language and math.

Coach Kramer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Ithaca College and a Master's Degree in Education at Lesley University.
