AS A JUNIOR...King competed in her second year as a three-sport athlete at Emmanuel...ran in four of the Saints' seven cross country meets during the season...helped the Saints to a 4th place team finish at the GNAC Championship meet with her personal best 5k time of 26:29...named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team for the second-straight year...also competed in jumping and throwing events for both the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams.

AS A SOPHOMORE...King ran in four of Emmanuel's seven cross country meets in 2009...kicked off the year with a personal best 17:28 2-miler at the Fens...ran her personal best 5k of 26:30 at Gordon College...was named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team...also competed in jumping and throwing events for both the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams.

AS A FRESHMAN...King did not compete on the Women's Cross Country Team at Emmanuel...participated in the high jump and throwing events for the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...King was a two-sport athlete at Thayer Academy (Braintree, Mass.)...played four years of track & field and three years of basketball...was the Independant School League (ISL) and New England Champion in the discus as a sophomore and senior...set the Thayer Academy program-record in the discus.
