AS A SOPHOMORE...Gogel competed in four of the Saints' seven cross country meets during the season...ran personal bests in all four of the meets, kicking off the year with a 20:33.00 2-miler at the Fens...ran a 26:51 3-miler at Massachusetts Maritime Academy...ran a 27:55 time in the 3.05 race at Gordon College...finished in a personal best time of 30:28 in the 6th Annual Saints Invitational at Franklin Park...was a GNAC Academic All-Conference selection.

AS A FRESHMAN...Gogel did not compete in intercollegiate athletics at Emmanuel.
