AS A SOPHOMORE...DelSignore captained the Emmanuel Women's Cross Country Team and was the Saints' top runner all season...ran four personal bests throughout the year and opened the season with a program-record 2-miler at the Fens with a time of 13:14.02...led the Saints to a team win at Massachusetts Maritime's Travis Fuller Invitational, running the 3-miler race in 19:26 and finishing 3rd overall...set a personal best at the Pop Crowell Invitational with a 21:24 time in the 3.05 distance race...ran her best 5k time (21:42) at the 6th Annual Saints Invitational at Franklin Park...received All-GNAC honors by finishing 10th at the GNAC Championship meet and leading the Saints to a 4th place team finish...was named the GNAC Runner of the Week on 9/6/10 and to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll on 9/27/10...was selected the team's Most Valuable Performer for the second-straight season...named GNAC Academic All-Conference...also competed in Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field for the Saints...received the Coaches' Appreciation Award for Track & Field...elected Women's Cross Country captain again for the 2011 season.

AS A FRESHMAN...DelSignore posted a standout rookie season, running in the top five for the Saints all season...ran her personal best 5k time of 21:54 at the Pop Crowell Invitational...ran her personal best 6k time of 26:51 at the NCAA Regionals...was named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll four times during the season, including recognition on 9/12/09, 9/28/09, 10/5/09 and 10/19/09...named the team's Most Valuable Performer as a rookie...also ran sprints and mid-distance for the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the 2009-2010 year.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...DelSignore was a three-sport athlete at Taunton High School (Taunton, Mass.), participating in soccer, indoor and outdoor track & field...was forced to sit out from athletics during her junior and seniors years due to a knee injury.
