PERSONAL BESTS

AS A JUNIOR...

• Competed in seven events as a junior in 2022.
• Posted a 5k PR at the KSC Invitational on Oct. 1, placing 46th at the event.
• Placed fourth at the Elms Blazer 6K XC Classic on Sept. 24, running the event in a time of 27:24.0.
• Named to the All-Conference Second Team after finishing in 11th place at the GNAC Championship, running the 6K in a time of 28:05.1.

AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Competed in five events for the Saints as a sophomore in 2021.
• Posted a 3K PR in the Suffolk University XC Invite on Sept. 3 with a time of 12:56.3, placing 34th.
• Posted a 5K PR in the Smith College Co-Ed XC Invitational on Sept. 11 with a time of 21:58.5, placing 18th in the event.
• Posted a 6K PR in the Bowdoin Invitational #1 on Sept. 25 with a time of 26:40.2, finishing in 17th place.
• Finished with four top-25 finishes out of five events.
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.

AS A FIRST YEAR...

• The 2020 fall season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the ECWXC team to not compete in any meets
• Honored with the Women's Cross Country Most Improved Performer Award

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Attended and graduated from Manchester Central High School
• Member of the Cross Country and Track & Field programs for the Little Green, earning four letters in XC and three in T&F
• Served as the MCHS XC team captain
• Named the team MVP in 2017
