Saints Finish Cross Country Season at NCAA Division III Regionals
BOSTON - In the final cross country event of the 2021 season for the Emmanuel Saints, four runners between the men’s and women’s cross country programs competed in the NCAA Division III East Region Championships at Franklin Park.

THE LEAD – In the final cross country event of the 2021 season for the Emmanuel Saints, four runners between the men's and women's cross country programs competed in the NCAA Division III East Region Championships at Franklin Park.
EMMANUEL RESULTS
- First-year Patrick Hill (Barrington, N.H.) capped off his impressive rookie campaign with an 8k time of 30:28.7.
- Sophomore Jorge Zapata (Parkland, Fla.) came in just after his teammate Hill, running his 8k in 30:42.0.
- Junior Elizabeth Cameron (Raynham, Mass.) was a strong force as the season progressed as she just raced her personal best in the women's 6k, finishing in 63rd place with a time of 25:21.8.
- Senior Hannah Fitzpatrick (Revere, Mass.) ended the 2021 campaign with a 99th place finish and a time of 26:41.0.
WINNING PERFORMANCES
- In the men's event, MIT won the team event with a total of 23 points.
- In individual champion in the race was sophomore Tyler Morris of Colby College.
- In the women's event, Tufts took home the narrow win with a team total of 59 points.
- The individual winner of the women's event was senior Ari Marks of Wellesley College.
