EMMANUEL HIGHLIGHTS
- Saints senior Hannah Fitzpatrick (Revere, Mass.) turned in the best time for the women's program, finishing the 3k run in 12:44, good for 30th place.
- Close behind in 33rd and 34th, respectively, was junior Elizabeth Cameron (Raynham, Mass.) and first year Emma Krantz (Manchester, N.H.). Cameron crossed the line in 12:51 while Krantz finished six seconds later at 12:57.
- First year Meg Wajer (Grafton, Mass.) and junior Molly Winship (Boxford, Mass.) both registered top-50 finishes by placing 43rd and 50th, respectively.
- First year Patrick Hill (Barrington, N.H.) was the top finisher for the Saints men's program. His time of 17:17 in the men's 5k was good for 23rd position.
- Sophomore Jorge Zapata (Parkland, Fla.) took 52nd place in his first race for the Saints, finishing the course in 18:31.
FINAL STANDINGS
- In the women's competition, Brown University took eight of the top-10 finishing positions on their way to winning the meet. Bears senior Emily Kompelien (Edina, Minn.) took the win in 11:08.
- In the men's competition, Brown University made it a clean sweep for the Bears, as they took five of the top six positions at the meet. Sophomore Evan Sherman (Brooklyn, N.Y.) claimed victory in the men's competition with a time of 15:32.

- The Saints are back to racing on September 11 as they compete in the Endicott Invitational at Bradley State Park in Essex County, Mass.
