Cross Country Season Closes at DIII Regionals
EC Saint’s Cross Country closed out the season with a slew of personal records at the Division III Regionals at Bowdoin College on Saturday, November 16th, including a new school record by Erik Brobst (Freeport, Maine).

THE LEAD: EC Saint's Cross Country closed out the season with a slew of personal records at the Division III Regionals at Bowdoin College on Saturday, November 16th, including a new school record by Erik Brobst (Freeport, Maine).
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Erik Brobst (Freeport, Maine) completed the 8K event in his home state with his best career finish and the best finish in the event in Emmanuel history, crossing the finish in 26:59.71.
- Rounding out the men's event for EC was Kyle Hajj who also recorded a personal record, finishing the 8K in 27:21.58.
- For the women's squad, Hannah Fitzpatrick (Revere, Mass.), Elizabeth Irwin (Westfield, Mass.), Jackie Schneider (Weymouth, Mass.) and Liz Cameron (Raynham, Mass.) all competed well on the divisional scale, each registering their best collegiate time in the 6K race.

- The Saints runners will be preparing for the indoor track season, beginning on Saturday, December 7th as EC will host its first Emmanuel College Invitational at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, Mass.
