AS A JUNIOR...

• Ran in all seven races for the Saints
• Was Emmanuel's first finisher at every race, including the only 5K of the year at Roger Williams on Sept. 6 (17:25)
• Posted a season-best 8K at UMass-Dartmouth on Sept. 19 with a time of 27:41
• Named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll twice (9/8 & 10/12)
• Named the GNAC Men's Runner of the Week on Sept. 28
• Selected to the GNAC All-Conference Team

AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Did not compete, taking the season off to focus on academics

AS A FRESHMAN...

• Ran in seven races as a rookie, making collegiate debut on Aug. 31 at the Fens classic where he PR'd in the 5k race with a  time of 17:37
• Helped the Saints win the program's first-ever GNAC Championship, running a 29:36 time int he 8k race
• PR'd at the NCAA Regionals in the 8k course with a time of 28:37

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Chamenko was a three-sport athlete at Woodland Regional High School (Beacon Falls, Conn.), where he ran four years of varsity cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field
• Captained his cross country team as both a junior and a senior
• Earned All-League honors in cross country and track as a senior
• Set high school program records in the 4x800m relay and the 3200m run
• Named a CIAC Scholar-Athlete
• Led his track team to an undefeated season, league championship and state runners-up during his senior year
• Received his high school team's "Coach's Award."
