AS A JUNIOR
- Competed in seven meets during her third season at Emmanuel
- Ran her best 5K of the season at the GNAC Championship meet, finishing in 22:20 as the third Saint to finish the race
- Was named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference team.
AS A SOPHOMORE
- Winship competed in seven meets for the Saints
- Turned in her personal record 5k time of 21:28 on October 18th at the Saints Invitational
- Clocked her personal record 6k time of 25:15 at the NCAA Regionals on November 16th
- Earned GNAC All-Conference honors with her 10th place finish at the GNAC Championship meet on November 2nd in Standish, Maine, helping to lead Emmanuel to the program's first-ever Women's Cross Country Championship
- Earned GNAC Academic All-Conference honors.
AS A FRESHMAN
- Winship raced in six meets during her rookie season for the Saints
- Consistently placed among Emmanuel's top-five throughout the year
- Clocked a 13:56 two-mile race in her collegiate debut in the Fens Classic on September 1st
- Finished 4th for Emmanuel in the Roger Williams University Invitational with a time of 22:27 on September 8th
- Raced 3rd for the Saints in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a 5k time of 20:42 on September 15th
- Was Emmanuel's 3rd runner on September 29th in Gordon College's Pop Crowell Invitational with a 3.05-mile time of 21:07
- Was the Saints' 3rd runner to cross the line at the NCAA Regionals with her 6k time of 26:21 on November 9th
- Ran distance and mid-distance events for the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the winter and spring seasons.
BEFORE EMMANUEL
- Winship was a three-sport varsity athlete at Bucksport High School (Bucksports, Maine)
- Ran Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field all four years
- Captained all three teams as a senior
- Set her high school's indoor track record in the 800m twice
- Achieved many state and PVC medals.
