AS A JUNIOR

  • Competed in six meets for the Saints in her junior season
  • Was the second Saint to cross the finish line at the season-opening two-mile Fens Classic meet on Aug. 30 with a time of 12:47
  • Ran a season best 5K time of 22:23, finishing 19th overall at the GNAC Championship meet on Nov. 1
  • Ran a personal best 6K time of 26:41 at the NCAA Regionals on Nov. 16
  • Was named the team's Co-Unsung Hero with Chloe Egan at the 2015 Emmanuel Athletics Banquet

AS A SOPHOMORE

  • Pangonis competed in six meets during her second varsity Cross Country season
  • Raced to a 13:16 finish in the opening two-mile Fens Classic meet on August 31st
  • Ran her personal-best 5k time of 21:53 on October 18th at the Saints Invitational
  • Helped Emmanuel to the program's first-ever GNAC Women's Cross Country Championship on November 2nd in Standish, Maine
  • Ran mid-distance events for the Saints' Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the winter and spring seasons
  • Raced to her personal best 800m indoor time of 2:39.64 on December 1st at the Harvard Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN

  • Pangonis raced in five meets for the Saints during her rookie season
  • Finished 4th for the Saints in the opening meet of the season at the Fens Classic, where she ran a 13:13 two-mile race
  • Clocked her season best 5k time of 21:21 on September 15th at UMass Dartmouth's Invitational
  • Ran 9th for Emmanuel in the GNAC Championship meet with a time of 23:02 on October 27th at Rivier University
  • Ran sprints and mid-distance events for Emmanuel's Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the winter and spring seasons.
