AS A FRESHMAN

• Competed in eight events in her first collegiate season for the Emmanuel Cross Country team
• Finished the Roger Williams 5K in 24:43, which would be her second fastest time all season
• Ran a personal best of 24:33 at the Runnin' Monks Invitational at St. Joe's on Oct. 11
• Finished the 6K at the ECAC Championship meet in 30:00.

BEFORE EMMANUEL

• Knowlton was a four year member of the varsity cross country team at Grafton Memorial High School (Grafton, Mass.)
• She was the captain during her junior and senior years
• Was a member of the National Honor Society, the theatre tech. crew and Project Purple.
