AS A SOPHOMORE … Ran in five meets for the Saints … Opened the season with a strong outing at the Fens Classic, running the 5K course in a personal best 17:49 time to help EC post a fourth place finish … Clocked a time of 30:59 during the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship meet, helping Emmanuel capture the program’s first-ever male Championship …  On Oct. 10, ran a personal best on a 8K course, finishing the Saints Invitational in 29:33.

AS A FRESMAN ... Thompson did not compete in Cross Country, but threw the javelin for the Saints Track & Field Team during the spring season.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Thompson was a three-sport athlete at Catholic Memorial High School (West Roxbury, Mass.) ... ran Cross Country for 3 years ... wrestled for 3 years ... threw the javelin for his outdoor Track & Field Team for one year.
