 AS A JUNIOR ... Led the Saints in all seven meets that he competed in and was named the team MVP at the 2015 Emmanuel Athletics Banquet ... Finished 26th overall at the Fens Classic, opening the season with a time of 16:35 ... Placed eighth out of 91 runners at the Roger Williams Invitational, finishing in 17:29 ...  Ran the Codfish Bowl 8K in 27:51, the fastest 8K time for any EC runner for the season ... Won the Runnin' Monks Invitational at Saint Joseph's College on Oct. 11, while also leading the Saints to a team victory with a time of 28:23 ... Ran the Saints Invitational in 28:12, good for 20th place ... He matched that time at the GNAC Championship meet where he finished second ...Finished the season with a 28:24 8K time at the NCAA Regionals ... He earned GNAC All-Conference honors and was named GNAC Cross Country Runner of the Week on Sept. 8 and Sept. 29 ... Was recognized on the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll twice, (Oct. 13 & Nov. 17).

AS A SOPHOMORE … Enjoyed one of the greatest seasons in program history, running in six meets as EC’s top finisher and helping the Saints capture the program’s first-ever Great Northeast Athletic Conference championship … Started the year off strong finishing sixth overall in the Emmanuel Fens Invitational, racing the 5k course in personal best 16:42 … Ran a personal best at the Saints Invitational, posting a time of 27:28 on the Franklin Park 8K course to help EC finish fourth out of 18th teams … On Nov. 2, finished first in the GNAC Championship race at Saints Joseph’s College (ME) to earn GNAC Runner of the Year honors with a time of 27:49, besting the field by 25 seconds … Set the program record with a 26:42 8K time in the NCAA Regional meet, finishing 99th overall in a field of 366 … Was named the GNAC Runner of the Week on five separate occasions during the year … Earned GNAC Men’s Cross Country All-Conference Honors while also being recognized on the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team … Recognized at the annual EC Athletics Banquet as the 2013 Men’s Cross Country Most Valuable Performer.

AS A FRESHMAN ... Colford ran intercollegiate Cross Country at Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, N.H. ... Raced in two meets for the Ravens ... Clocked his best 5-mile time (28:21) on October 7th in the New England Championships ... Transferred to Emmanuel College for his sophomore year.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Colford was a three-sport athlete for Saint Thomas Aquinas High School (Dover, N.H.), where he ran Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field all four years ... captained his teams as both a junior and a senior ... made it to New Englands as a senior in the 4x800m relay ... advanced to nationals as a sophomore in the Distance Medley Relay.
