AS A JUNIOR ... Benassi did not run Cross Country, but competed on the Saints Indoor Track & Feld Team ... raced in the 200m, 400m, was a member of the 4x200m and 4x400m relay squads ... ran her personal record times of 29.39 in the 200m and 64.89 in the 400m (6th place) on January 25, 2014 at Smith College's Benyon Invitational ... snagged 2nd place in the 400m at the University of Southern Maine Invitational on January 11th with her 65.31 finish.

AS A SOPHOMORE ... Benassi competed in her first year of intercollegiate athletics at Emmanuel ... participated on the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams ... raced in several sprints and mid-distance events, including the indoor 55m, 60m, 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay ... ran her personal record time of 66.79 in the 400m at the Tufts Stampede on February 2nd ... raced to her PR time of 30.28 in the 200m at the University of Southern Maine Invitational on January 26th ... took home 8th place in the 400m at the Smith College Benyon Invitational on Januray 19th ... competed in the 200m, 400m and on the 4x400 meter relay team during the outdoor season ... notched her PR outdoor time of 64.14 for a 5th place finish in the 400m at the Regis Pride Classic on April 28th ... competed with her 4x400m relay team at the New England Division III Championships at Colby College on May 3rd.

AS A FRESHMAN ... Benassi did not compete in varsity athletics at Emmanuel College.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Benassi was a two-sport athlete at North Haven High School (North Haven, Conn.), running indoor and outdoor track & field for three years ... earned several team awards during her high school track career, including Most Improved Player, the Sportsmanship Award and MVP.
