AS A SOPHOMORE... Competed in all six regular season races for the Saints ... Enjoyed a solid race on Sept. 10 at the Travis Fuller Invitational with a time of 23:48 in the 3mile course to help the Saints take home a first place finish.

AS A FRESHMAN...Ulf raced in six meets during rookie season for the Saints ... Made collegiate debut on September 4 at The Fens Dual Meet, posting a personal best for a 2 Mile race clocking in at 15:18 for a 19th place finish ... Recorded another personal best on September 11 in an 3 Mile event at the Travis Fuller Invitational, finishing the race in 34th place with a time of 22:07 ... On October 15, posted a strong time in the Saints Invitational crossing the fine in 24:00, good for a 26th place showing in the 5K event.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...Ulf was a three-sport athlete for Lunenburg High School (Lunenburg, Mass.), participating in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field all four years...captained all three sports in her senior year...set her high school's record for the high jump in both Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field...was ranked 23rd in the nation for the Indoor high jump in 2010.
