AS A FRESHMAN...Thomas did not run Cross Country, but competed in Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field at Emmanuel...ran hurdles for both teams.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...Thomas was a two-sport athlete at South Kingstown High School (South Kingstown, R.I.)...played varsity football for three years and ran track for four years...named Rhode Island All-State in track...won a Rhode Island Fooball State Championship in 2008.
