AS A JUNIOR...St. Denis ran in three of Emmanuel's six cross country meets in 2011...ran his best race of the year on October 29th in the GNAC Championship with an 8k time of 34:07...also participated on Emmanuel's Indoor Track & Field Team, running distance events for the Saints.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... St. Denis was a four-sport student-athlete at Edward Little High School (Auburn, Maine)...ran four years of track, played three years of ice hockey, three years of soccer and one year of cross country...captained his cross country team and was named to the KVAC All-Academic Team
