AS A FRESHMAN...Murphy raced in five of the Saints' six meets during the 2011 season...ran his 8k personal record on October 1st at Gordon College, with a time of 31:13...also participated on Emmanuel Indoor Track & Field Team during the winter season and ran distance events.
BEFORE EMMANUEL...Murphy ran track and cross country for Sandwich High School (Sandwich, Mass.)...ran both for four years.
