AS A 1st SEMESTER SOPHOMORE...Baker attended New England College and participated on the Pilgrims Men's Cross Country Team...helped lead New England College to the program's first-ever North Atlantic Conference Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN...Baker competed on the Men's Cross Country Team at New England College...ran in eight races for the Pilgrims...best time of the season was at the ECAC Championship on November 6, 2010, when he ran the 8K race in a time of 29:16...best finish was at Southern Vermont College on September 25, 2010, when he placed 23rd.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...Baker was a three-sport athlete at Wachusett Regional High School (Holden, Mass.), participating in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field...captained all three teams during his senior year...helped lead his outdoor team to the District Championship.
