BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Played three years of soccer and outdoor track, as well as two years of soccer at Manchester-Essex High. Was the captain of all three programs as a senior.
• All-Conference All-Star in 2023, All-Conference Team Member in 2022, All-States Competitor in 2022.
• Received the 2023 Manchester Essex Principal Athlete Award as a senior.
