- Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team.
AS A SOPHOMORE...
- The 2020-21 season was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic forcing the EC T&F team to not compete in any meets

- Helped the Saints capture the inaugural GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship

- Rowell was a three year member of the Trinity High School cross country, and four year member of the track team
