BEFORE EMMANUEL...Ulf was a three-sport athlete for Lunenburg High School (Lunenburg, Mass.), participating in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field all four years...captained all three sports in her senior year...set her high school's record for the high jump in both Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field...was ranked 23rd in the nation for the Indoor high jump in 2010.
