Labossiere's Top-10s Result in GNAC Field Athlete of the Week Nomination
WINTHROP, Mass. – Saints sophomore Pierre Paul Labossierre (Port-au-Prince, Haiti) earned a pair of top-10 finishes in the field on Sunday at the UMass Boston Beacons Season Opener, and as a result, has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Men’s Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the GNAC Office on Dec. 11.

Labossierre posted a sixth-place finish in the high jump on Sunday, clearing the bar at 1.75 meters. He added an eighth-place finish in the long jump with a distance of 5.85 meters.
His high jump clearance is fourth-best in the GNAC through two events this season while his long jump distance is sixth-best in the conference.
The Saints break for the remainder of the semester and return on Jan. 13, 2024, at the Reggie Poyau Invitational, hosted by Brandeis University.
