Bio

Ellie Morse joined the Emmanuel College Athletic Training staff in 2004, serving as a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer for her first 11 years with the department. In 2015, she was promoted to Interim Head Athletic Trainer for the 2015-16 academic year and then Head Athletic Trainer in February 2016.  

Morse earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from California State University, Northridge in 2002. She earned a Master of Science in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and a second Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Emmanuel College in 2015.

Morse played basketball for two years at College of the Canyons, where she received an Associate's Degree in Social Science in 1999.  She has a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Certification and is an NATA Certified Athletic Trainer and an American Heart Association BLS Instructor.

Morse enjoys snowboarding, playing basketball, running and working out. She is originally from Santa Clarita, California and currently resides in Dorchester, Mass.
