Class of 2023 Emmanuel College Athletics Senior Awards Announced
BOSTON - On Monday, May 9, 2023, the Emmanuel College Department of Athletics held its annual Senior Awards Banquet, honoring members of the Class of 2023 for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. This year, a total of 21 awards were presented as 18 student-athletes and three Emmanuel staff members were recognized by the department.

Maguire, Reynolds Score Top 10 Finishes at GNAC Championship
SACO, Maine - The defending Great Northeast Athletic Conference Champions and host of the 2022 GNAC Men’s Golf Championship, Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, used their championship experience, matched with a second-day team total of 18-over-par 302, to cruise to a 39-shot victory and earn the GNACs automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Championship.

Maguire Named GNAC Men's Golfer of the Week
BOSTON, Mass. – Junior Connor Maguire (Old Lyme, Conn.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men’s Golf Golfer of the Week, it was announced by the GNAC Office for matches played between September 19-26. This marks the first time an EC golfer has earned GNAC Golfer of the Week honors since Nicholas Cyrus ’11 earned the honor in back-to-back weeks in September of 2010.

Maguire Claims Co-Medalist at Emmanuel Invite With 6-Over-Par 76
DORCHESTER, Mass. - Saints junior Connor Maguire (Old Lyme, Conn) turned in a round of 6-over (76), claiming co-medalist honors on Tuesday afternoon in the Emmanuel Invitational. Maguire is the first player to claim medalist honors for Emmanuel since Matteo Pocobene claimed first place at the Mitchell Tri-Match at Shennecossett Golf Course on Sept. 17, 2014.

RANDOLPH, Vt. - The Emmanuel College golf program joined the field for the inaugural Tony Mariano Vermont Invitational hosted by Norwich University, combined to shoot a 355 for a seventh place finish on Friday morning at Montague Golf Course in Randolph, Vermont.

Golf Posts Second Place Finish at Mitchell Invite in 2022 Season-Opener
GROTON, Conn. - In their opening match of the 2022 campaign, the Emmanuel College golf team posted a second place finish at the Mitchell College Invite I with a team-score of 330. The Saints team total marked the lowest single-day team score since October 15, 2017 in the final round of the GNAC Championship when the squad also carded a 330.
