Five Saints Tabbed to CSC Academic All-District Team
BOSTON, Mass. – Seniors Alyssa Santangeli (Watertown, Conn.), Megan Steele (Auburn, Maine), Ali Bergin (Newbury, Mass.), junior Nicole Hunter (South Windsor, Conn.) and sophomore Delaney Brown (Agawam, Mass.) of the Emmanuel College women's lacrosse program have received College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District honors, as announced by the organization on Tuesday, May 23.

Class of 2023 Emmanuel College Athletics Senior Awards Announced
BOSTON - On Monday, May 9, 2023, the Emmanuel College Department of Athletics held its annual Senior Awards Banquet, honoring members of the Class of 2023 for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. This year, a total of 21 awards were presented as 18 student-athletes and three Emmanuel staff members were recognized by the department.

Women’s Lacrosse Well-Represented on 2023 GNAC All-Conference Team
BOSTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College women’s lacrosse program was well-represented on the 2023 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference squad, landing eight players across the teams. Senior Megan Steele (Auburn, Maine), sophomores Delaney Brown (Agawam, Mass.) and Deja Srimouksavanh (Portsmouth, N.H.) and first year Avery Robillard (Rowley, Mass.) earned GNAC Second Team honors. First year Livia Fedele (Spencerport, N.Y.) was named to the GNAC Third Team and joined fellow first years Emily Gates (Waterford, Conn.), Broghan Laundry (Swampscott, Mass.) and Ella Marschitz (Naperville, Ill.) as selections on the GNAC All-Rookie Team. Senior Ali Bergin (Newbury, Mass.) represented Emmanuel on the 2023 GNAC All-Sportsmanship squad.

Women's Lacrosse Heads for No. 1 JWU in GNAC Semifinal Round
BOSTON - After a Saturday afternoon win in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Quarterfinals, the No. 4 seeded Emmanuel Saints (14-4, 10-3 GNAC) are into the Conference Semis for a third-straight season. Standing in their way is the top-seeded Johnson & Wales Wildcats (14-2, 13-0 GNAC), who are looking for their seventh consecutive Championship Game appearance, excluding the canceled 2020 season.

No. 4 Women's Lacrosse Set for Saturday Quarterfinal vs. No. 5 Colby-Sawyer
BOSTON - The No. 4 seeded Emmanuel Saints women’s lacrosse program (13-4, 10-3 GNAC) is taking a four-game winning streak into the Great Northeast Athletic Conference playoffs and in their way is the No. 5 seeded Colby-Sawyer College Chargers (10-7, 8-5 GNAC), with faceoff scheduled for Saturday, April 29, at 1:00 p.m. in the GNAC Quarterfinals.

First Years Power Women’s Lacrosse Past Lasell, 21-8
NEWTON, Mass. - Powered by five first year players, Emmanuel College used a mid-game surge to cruise past Lasell University, 21-8, on Wednesday afternoon in the regular-season finale in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women’s lacrosse action at Grellier Field. The Lasers end their season 2-14 overall and 2-11 in GNAC play. The Saints are 13-4 and 10-3.

Gates Tabbed as GNAC Rookie of the Week
BOSTON, Mass. – Emmanuel College first year Emily Gates (Waterford, Conn.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's lacrosse Rookie of the Week, it was announced today by the conference office. This marks the fourth time this season an EC Saint has earned the honor as Ella Marschitz (Naperville, Ill.) was tabbed the top weekly rookie on three separate occasions earlier in the campaign.

Senior Day Triumphant For Women’s Lacrosse in 21-4 Win vs. Anna Maria
BOSTON - For the sixth time this season, the Emmanuel Saints women’s lacrosse team reached the 20-goal mark while also breaking the team record for most goals in a single season with 253, as the Saints picked up a 21-4 win over Anna Maria on Saturday in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play. The previous team record for goals in a single season was 249, set in 2014.

Women's Lacrosse Thumps Regis, 14-2
BOSTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College women’s lacrosse team cruised to a 14-2 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) victory Wednesday evening over visiting Regis College. The Saints scored six unanswered goals to open the contest and never looked back to improve to 11-4 on the year while the loss drops the Pride to 6-7 overall.

NORTHFIELD, Vt. - The Emmanuel women’s lacrosse team had 10 different goal scorers while netting nine goals in each half, as the Saints took home an 18-14 road win on Saturday afternoon against Norwich in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Johnson & Wales University outscored visiting Emmanuel College, 8-3, in the second quarter of Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women’s lacrosse action Wednesday afternoon, and leaned on the five-goal advantage the rest of the match to pull away in a 19-11 victory over the Saints at the Scots Miracle Gro Athletic Complex in Providence, R.I.
