Class of 2023 Emmanuel College Athletics Senior Awards Announced
BOSTON - On Monday, May 9, 2023, the Emmanuel College Department of Athletics held its annual Senior Awards Banquet, honoring members of the Class of 2023 for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. This year, a total of 21 awards were presented as 18 student-athletes and three Emmanuel staff members were recognized by the department.

Hyacinthe Represents Emmanuel & GNAC SAAC at 2023 NCAA Convention
SAN ANTONIO, Texas. – Sophomore women’s volleyball player Sasha Hyacinthe (Stoughton, Mass.) recently represented both Emmanuel College and the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at the 2023 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Convention in San Antonio, Texas.

Women's Volleyball Lands Four on CSC Academic All-District Team
BOSTON, Mass. – Seniors Rachel Coleman (Peabody, Mass.), Tatiana Correia (Peabody, Mass.), Julia Daggett (Hinesburg, Vt.) and Kerry Shea (Tewksbury, Mass.) of the Emmanuel College women’s volleyball program have received College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District honors, as announced by the organization on Tuesday, November 22.

STANDISH, Maine - The Emmanuel College women’s volleyball program dropped a pair of Great Northeast Athletic Conference matches to wrap up the 2022 campaign. EC fell to Saint Joseph’s College (ME), 3-1, before dropping the regular-season finale to Johnson & Wales University, 3-0.

Women's Volleyball Falls to Lasell, Norwich in Senior Day Tri-Match
BOSTON - In the final home matches of the regular season, the Emmanuel Saints were swept in a tri-match on Saturday, falling 3-2 to Lasell in the morning match, followed by a loss to Norwich, 3-0, in the afternoon, as part of a Great Northeast Athletic Conference tri-match on EC Senior Day. Prior to the Emmanuel vs. Norwich match, the Saints women’s volleyball program recognized seniors Tatiana Correia (Peabody, Mass.), Kerry Shea (Tewksbury, Mass.), Rachel Coleman (Peabody, Mass.), and Julia Daggett (Hinesburg, Vt.), for their contributions to the program.

PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Panthers sophomore Lilli Stogner (Weare, N.H.) pounded 18 kills and hit nearly .500 to lead the Plymouth State University women's volleyball team to a seventh straight win as the Panthers cruised past Emmanuel College, 3-1 (25-8, 25-10, 26-28, 25-10), in non-conference action at Foley Gymnasium on Saturday.

BOSTON - Entering the night 30 assists away from becoming the sixth player in program history to reach 1,000 career assists, Saints senior Rachel Coleman (Peabody, Mass.) landed exactly on the 30-assist total, while helping the Saints to a 3-1 victory over the Rhode Island College Anchorwomen on Tuesday evening in non-conference play.
