Bio

Kerry Sendrick joined the Emmanuel athletic staff in the fall of 2021 as an Assistant Coach for the Saints Softball Team. Sendrick earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology with a concentration in Health Sciences from Emmanuel in May of 2020.

While enrolled at EC, Sendrick was a four-year player for the Saints and captained the squad her junior and senior seasons.  Over her career, Sendrick appeared in 105 games posting a .282 average over 305 at bats. The infielder hit over .300 her freshman (.318) and junior season (.312) and finished her career with 86 hits, 61 runs and 59 RBIs despite having her final campaign cut short due to COVID.

Sendrick was named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference team each of her final three seasons and also earned a spot on the 2019 GNAC All-Tournament Team while being voted Emmanuel's Unsung Hero by the Saints' coaching staff. Sendrick went on to receive the EC Senior Perseverance Award given annually to a senior student-athlete who has shown great determination in overcoming physical setbacks.  Through hard work and dedication, this senior has been able to overcome the challenges set forth and successfully return to athletic competition.

During her EC days, Sendrick was also a member of the Women's Volleyball team for two seasons and also served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Outside of coaching, Sendrick works at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and resides in Brighton, Mass.
