BRENNAN BECOMES FIRST EMMANUEL WOMEN'S LACROSSE PLAYER NAMED TO GNAC ALL-CONFERENCE
May 3, 2011
Freshman Michaela Brennan (Worcester, Mass.) became the first player in the history of Emmanuel College women's lacrosse to be named to a GNAC all-conference team, as voted on by coaches in the league.
Brennan was named to the GNAC second-team as a defender due to her outstanding team play for the Saints this season. While playing in and starting every game in 2011, she led the team with 42 ground balls, nearly twice what the second-place person tallied, and 13 caused turnovers. Brennan also added two goals to go along with three draw controls for the season.
