Men's Golf Starts 2021 Campaign With Sixth-Place Finish
CASCO, Maine - The Emmanuel Saints men’s golf program returned to the course for their first tournament of the season, coming away with a sixth-place finish at the 18th annual John Queenan Memorial Tournament, hosted by St. Joseph’s College of Maine.

THE LEAD – The Emmanuel Saints men's golf program returned to the course for their first tournament of the season, coming away with a sixth-place finish at the 18th annual John Queenan Memorial Tournament, hosted by St. Joseph's College of Maine.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Saints first year Ian Reynolds (East Haven, Conn.) led Emmanuel in his first career collegiate round with an 82 (+10), good for T15.
- Senior Michael Mencio (Watertown, Conn.) finished with a 90 (+18), second-best on Emmanuel and good for T25.
- Sophomore Connor Maguire (Old Lyme, Conn.) ended his round with a 96 (+24), finishing T31 on the day.
UP NEXT
- Emmanuel hosts back-to-back tournaments at home in their next two events. The Saints start with the Saints Invitational on Sept. 14 at South Shore Country Club, followed by the Emmanuel Invitational on Sept. 22 at Franklin Park Golf Course.
