Terrance Favors joined the men's basketball staff at Emmanuel in the summer of 2021, coming to the Saints after a four-year stint as an assistant coach at his alma-mater, Becker College.

As an assistant, Favors was responsible for recruiting student-athletes, planning practices and game schedules, and mentored student-athletes, among several other duties.

In addition to his work with Becker, Favors also works for Attack Train Focus Athletix as an operations director and marketing coordinator. At ATF Athletix, Favors and his staff assist professional basketball players from the NBA, NBA G-League, and Overseas Pro Leagues, in developing lifestyle plans for their upcoming season. Favors is also in charge of overseeing the training operations at their facility.

As a player, Favors is one of the best Hawks in program history, ranking third in all-time points, scoring 1,646 points in his four-year career. He also was the New England Collegiate Conference Rookie of the Year in 2008, he was named the All-NECC Team in three of his four seasons, and he was the NECC Player of the Year in 2012, among other accomplishments.

Favors played professionally for five years, playing in San Diego, South Florida, New England, and Mexico from 2013-2018.

Favors has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, concentrated in Sports Leadership and Marketing, from Becker.
