Bio

Dion Gardner-Crichlow was named Head Coach of Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field in August 2023.

Gardner-Crichlow enters the role with 25 years of experience across the areas of track and field and cross country, most recently serving as the Head Track and Field Coach at Milton High School since 2015.

Gardner-Crichlow began her career at Northeastern University, serving as the Associate Head/Assistant Track and Field Coach from 1998-2009 while also serving as an Academic Enrichment Summer Director for White Stadium Sports, starting in 2001.

Following the stint at Northeastern, Gardner-Crichlow joined Milton Academy as the Sprints and Jumps Coach from 2013-2015, until ultimately securing the Head Coaching position at Milton High in 2015.

The accomplishments of the Dorchester resident stretch far over the last 25 years. Among the highlights are election into the Troy High School and Northeastern University Athletic Hall of Fames, the 2017 US Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Coach of the Year Award, and the 2023 Boston Globe All-Scholastic Coach of the Year, along with the Milton High School Coach of the Year.

Gardner-Crichlow has coached numerous All-Americans over her career while also claiming four Massachusetts All-State Championships and three Massachusetts Divisional State Team Championships with Milton High.
