AS A SOPHOMORE...

• Competed in six races for the EC Cross Country team in 2018
• Recorded a personal best of 30:31.30 on September 22nd at the Codfish Bowl 
• Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Squad

AS A FRESHMAN...

• Did not run on the Cross Country team at Emmanuel.
• Was a member of the Men's Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field team.
• Named the 2018 GNAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Cavanaugh was a three-year sprinter on the Joel Barlow HS indoor and outdoor track teams.
• Currently holds high school record in the 4x200 and 4x100 meter relays.
