AS A JUNIOR ... Ulf once again competed in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field for the Saints ... raced in six Cross Country Meets during the 2012 campaign ... clocked her season-best time of 23:44 at Gordon College's Pop Crowell Invitational on September 29th ... finished her GNAC Championship 5k race in 24:35 at Rivier University on October 27th ... named GNAC Academic All-Conference in Cross Country for the season-straight season ... competed in the long jump, high jump and triple jump for the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the winter and spring seasons ... took 2nd place in the long jump at the Mount Holyoke Spring Fling on March 30th with a 16'1" jump ... took 1st place in the long jump at Fitchburg State's Sheehan Invitational on April 6th ... won the Regis Pride Classic high jump event on April 28th with her 4'9" jump, while taking 2nd place in both the triple jump (32'0") and in the long jump (16'2.25") on the same day ... was named the Women's Indoor Track & Field Team's "Most Valuable Player" and the Women's Outdoor Track & Field Team's "Unsung Hero" at the 2013 Athletic Awards Night on April 27th.

AS A SOPHOMORE ... Ulf competed in all six regular season races for the Saints ... enjoyed a solid race on September 10th at the Travis Fuller Invitational with a time of 23:48 in the 3-mile course to help the Saints take home a first place finish ... named GNAC Academic All-Conference in Cross Country ... set the Emmanuel Outdoor Track & Field program-record in the long jump (16'7.75") on May 4, 2012 at the New England Divsion III Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN ...Ulf raced in six meets during rookie season for the Saints ... made her collegiate debut on September 4 at The Fens Dual Meet, posting a personal best for a 2 Mile race clocking in at 15:18 for a 19th place finish ... recorded another personal best on September 11 in an 3 Mile event at the Travis Fuller Invitational, finishing the race in 34th place with a time of 22:07 ... on October 15, posted a strong time in the Saints Invitational crossing the fine in 24:00, good for a 26th place showing in the 5K event ... set the Emmanuel Outdoor Track & Field program-record in the triple jump (34'1.50") on May 1, 2011 at the Brown University Invitational ... earned All-New England honors in the high jump with her 8th place jump at MIT in the New England Division III Track & Field Championships.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Ulf was a three-sport athlete for Lunenburg High School (Lunenburg, Mass.), participating in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field all four years ... captained all three sports in her senior year ... set her high school's record for the high jump in both Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field ... was ranked 23rd in the nation for the Indoor high jump in 2010.
