AS A FRESHMAN ... Pangonis raced in five meets for the Saints during her rookie season ... finished 4th for the Saints in the opening meet of the season at the Fens Classic, where she ran a 13:13 two-mile race ... clocked her season best 5k time of 21:21 on September 15th at UMass Dartmouth's Invitational ... ran 9th for Emmanuel in the GNAC Championship meet with a time of 23:02 on October 27th at Rivier University ... ran sprints and mid-distance events for Emmanuel's Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the winter and spring seasons.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Pangonis ran cross country and track & field for the varsity team at Keene High School (Keene, N.H.) ... ran all four years ... captained her track team as a senior...helped her cross country team win the 2010 New Hampshire Division I State Championship.
